A friend of mine recently told me I should say nice things about my darling children. So here is a nice story of my kids telling the truth.
As you know there is a shortage of change at the bank, so I remembered we had a big jar of change in the laundry room. I went to get it and found it missing. So I asked the kids and they all said they did not take it. Then my wife went to get out a large box of Oreos and we found that 10 out 12 packages were missing, and again they said they didn’t take them. Then I went to get the strawberry jelly and found it half gone with a spoon still in the jar. Again my children said they would never do such a thing. So isn’t this a nice story of true honesty. Of course, I would believe my darling, wonderful, honest children, wouldn’t you?. When I told my wife I believed the children, she suggested that I take that cognitive test.
